TOTP MFA Authenticator Setup - Mobile App

What is Multi-factor Authentication? Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a process that requires users to submit at least two pieces of identification to the system to gain access.

MFA TOTP (Time-based One Time Password) - The code is generated by a TOTP app, which you will need to download to the device you commonly have with you when you are accessing FastTrack360, for example your mobile phone. To setup a mobile phone / tablet TOTP Authenticator App:

Step 1.	Open the official application store on your smartphone (e.g. Google Play or Apple App Store) Search for “Google Authenticator” and install the app
Step 2.	Open your Authenticator App on your phone or mobile device and click on the '+' symbol bottom right of the screen and select 'Scan QR Code'
Step 3.	When logging into FastTrack360 for the first time, the QR code will automatically appear.  Scan the QR code displayed using the Authenticator App. This will link the MFA code generated from the app to your FastTrack360 user account

If the code being displayed to access your FastTrack360 account isn’t working, you may need to re-scan the QR code on your authenticator app to resolve this issue. Submit a ticket to request a temporary MFA to gain access to your FastTrack360 account then follow the instructions below:

Step 1.	Once logged in using the temporary code provided, begin the process by accessing your profile by clicking on the person icon at the top right of the FastTrack360 home screen then select 'Profile'
Step 2.	Once inside your profile, scroll to the bottom and click 'View QR' and  you will be prompted for your FastTrack360 password.
Step 3.	Enter your password to view the QR code
Step 4.	Open your Authenticator App on your phone or mobile device and click on the '+' symbol bottom right of the screen and select 'Scan QR Code'
